• Nona Master Development LLC submitted a rezoning request to the City of New Albany for a 32.6-acre project called The Hamlet at Sugar Run. • Columbus-based OhioHealth + Pennsylvania-based Select Medical have submitted joint plans to the City of Dublin for a 2-acre neurological rehabilitation center at the intersection of Perimeter and Hospital Drive.
