The food trucks are rolling into Hilliard this weekend, and you should too.
The Columbus Food Truck Festival is Saturday, Aug. 19-Sunday, Aug. 20 at the Franklin County Fairgrounds. Food is just the tip of the iceberg (lettuce) at this two-day fest — here’s what you need to know.
Parking lot party
A total of 50 trucks are on the lineup and they will be firing up their engines at 11 a.m. Advance tickets are $5-$7 if purchased the day of the event. Tickets are required for adults and children younger than 12 get in free.
Get thrifty
A newcomer has joined the festival: The Columbus Vintage Exchange. Shop local vendors selling vintage clothes, decor, and media.
Truck tunes
Do you prefer a rocking show or a quieter set? Stop by the main stage at 11 a.m. for the former or the acoustic stage at 3 p.m. for the latter.
