The Hilton Columbus Downtown tower , which will be the tallest hotel in Ohio and change the downtown skyline, is delayed in its completion.

Originally slated for a grand opening in August, and then again on Sept. 8, delays have pushed the opening yet again due to water damage in parts of the tower.

While there is not an official new grand opening date, we know we can still anticipate the following restaurants to come along with the 1,000 room hotel:

  • Stories on High — the tallest rooftop bar in Columbus with a 360-degree view of the city. The restaurant will have Japanese-inspired small plates and a cocktail-focused drink menu.
  • FYR — which features a wood-burning grill with American + Latin-inspired food options. The restaurant will be accessible from High Street.
  • Spark — which will be located in the lobby of the hotel and offer classic Midwest meals with locally sourced beer + a classic cocktail menu.
