Mikey’s Late Night Slice teams up with Hot Chicken Takeover

Forget debating pineapple on pizza — how do you feel about pickles on pizza? If you ask Mikey’s Late Night Slice + Hot Chicken Takeover, the answer has been a resounding yes for seven years now.

These two local powerhouse restaurants are teaming up for their annual pizza collaboration featuring a Late Night Slice pizza topped with Hot Chicken Takeover’s signature fried chicken, ranch dressing, and pickles. They didn’t forget about plant-based eaters, either — a fully vegan version will be available from Saturday, Feb. 17-Sunday, Feb. 19 at the Oak Street location.

There is a catch; the collab pizza will be taken off all LNS menus on Sunday, Feb. 19. Don’t be too disappointed — the local pizza shop will be following it up with mac and cheese pizza the next week.
THE WRAP

Today’s issue was written by Mitch.

Editor’s pick: We do a lot of research for our stories + this handy tool we found for local music is just too good not to share. The graphic is too much fun to dig through on a computer and it reminds me how great the local music scene is. (Psst — consider this your intro to local music if you need it.)
