Developers are eyeing a new project in Dublin + this time, it will transform office space into residential space.
The project is the Ashland Multi-Family and it was the topic of discussion at last week’s meeting for the City of Dublin. If approved, it would bring 300 new residential units to Dublin’s Metro Center so we wanted to take a closer look at what Pizzuti Co. is pitching with the project:
It would add seven new buildings to the 338,000+ sqft area.
Each new building would be three or four stories tall.
It includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Planners have been in contact with COTA to connect the area to bus routes.
A shared-use trail would be added to connect to Smiley Park.
Did I miss your favorite patio in today’s story? We’ll continue to update it as more openings + expansions happen so feel free to send us any suggestions.
