Work through stations with weights and treadmills while each class has a different focus. From cardio and core to arms and abs, you can choose your class based on the areas you’d like to focus on. Of course, there are total body classes as well.
The 50-minute classes follow Lagree Fitness, which focuses on high-intensity, low-impact full-body workouts aimed towards toning, strengthening, and flexibility. All experience levels are welcome and modifications and adjustments are made when needed.
This hot yoga studio offers class types from Vinyasa (fluid movements) to Yin, which targets deep connective tissues. You can give the studio a try for $49 for your first month.
