No summer is complete without a little bit of barbecue, and Columbus has plenty of dining options to fill that craving. We asked you, our readers, about your favorite local barbecue restaurants, and these spots made the top 10:
Head to Hilliard and enjoy barbecue sliders, smoked sausage sandwiches, smoked turkey, or baby back ribs. Sides include items like coleslaw and street corn.
This Dublin spot offers smoked pastrami, rib tips, brisket melts, and hickory smoked chicken.

Calling all car lovers. The Goodguys 24th Summit Racing Nationals is coming to the Ohio Expo Center today through Sunday, July 9. Find hundreds of car dealers and themed exhibits and activities. Admission is $10-$25, and parking is $7 per day. (The Columbus Dispatch)

The Columbus Coffee Festival is booked for Saturday, Sept. 23-Sunday, Sept. 24 at the Ohio History Connection. Enjoy live music, food trucks, and games while you sample coffee from across the state. Tickets start at $20 and are on sale now.

PBR Cowboy Bar & Smokehouse could be coming to Easton after the cowboy-themed bar applied for a liquor license at at 3950 Gramercy St. With locations across the country, the bar is known for its mechanical bull, line dancing, and Texas-style barbecue. Green Lawn Cemetery had some special visitors from BBC and National Geographic to film for a three-part limited series called “Lost Gold.” Prominent figures in the “Lost Gold” story, which details recovering gold from a sunken ship, are buried at Green Lawn.
