Opening
Hiraeth, a wood-fire restaurant from the owners of Chapman’s Eat Market and Ginger Rabbit, is opening on Wednesday, Aug. 9 at 36 E. Lincoln St. The Short North-area concept will feature live-fire cooking, with menu items like fried fish, ribeye, and lemongrass pork on a stick.
Development
OhioHealth continues to grow with a new $31 million, 40,000-sqft outpatient campus planned for Canal Winchester. A project timeline has yet to be announced, but plans include primary and emergency care, plus women’s health and sports clinics at the new facility. (Columbus Business First)
Real Estate
A $9.9 million home at 13601 Johnstown Utica Rd. is the second most expensive house for sale in Ohio this summer. The home sits on nearly six acres of land near the Intel project. A 12,865-sqft Powell home also made the top 10, with a listing price of nearly $5 million. (NBC4)
