Looking for a tasty, local lunch spot that doesn’t break the bank? We’re here for you, Columbus. Check out this list of 15 places where a lunch for one costs $10 or less.

We know cravings are key when it comes to a midday meal, so we’ve broken up these spots into their respective food groups. Think: Delis or pizza.

Fast and casual

Hot Chicken Takeover, Multiple locations
Try the $10 lunch combo with three tenders, fries, sauce, and a tea. This is valid Monday-Wednesday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

Press Grill, 741 N. High St.
The double cheeseburger is $9.50, the grilled havarti is $6.50, and all-beef hot dogs are $5 a piece (or two for $6 every Monday). Bonus: Tacos are $2.50 each every Wednesday.

Opening
  • Hiraeth, a wood-fire restaurant from the owners of Chapman’s Eat Market and Ginger Rabbit, is opening on Wednesday, Aug. 9 at 36 E. Lincoln St. The Short North-area concept will feature live-fire cooking, with menu items like fried fish, ribeye, and lemongrass pork on a stick.
Development
  • OhioHealth continues to grow with a new $31 million, 40,000-sqft outpatient campus planned for Canal Winchester. A project timeline has yet to be announced, but plans include primary and emergency care, plus women’s health and sports clinics at the new facility. (Columbus Business First)

  • A $9.9 million home at 13601 Johnstown Utica Rd. is the second most expensive house for sale in Ohio this summer. The home sits on nearly six acres of land near the Intel project. A 12,865-sqft Powell home also made the top 10, with a listing price of nearly $5 million. (NBC4)
