Interested in more than just yoga? Well, when it comes to fitness classes, Columbus carries its weight. Here are more local studios to try.
Your first class is free at this indoor cycling studio. Try a variety of riding options like the “HIIT It Ride,” which is high-intensity interval training, or the “Empower Hour,” which is cycling mixed with weights.
Work through stations with weights and treadmills while each class has a different focus. From cardio and core to arms and abs, you can choose your class based on the areas you’d like to focus on. Of course, there are total body classes as well.
The 50-minute classes follow Lagree Fitness, which focuses on high-intensity, low-impact full-body workouts aimed towards toning, strengthening, and flexibility. All experience levels are welcome, and modifications and adjustments are made when needed.
Just as I was getting used to cooler weather, a week with temperatures in the 90s is upon us. If you need to cool down this week, here are 10 local ice cream shops to try.
