The restaurateur’s festival will pay homage to his hometown. | Photo by @guyfieri
Columbus will officially transform into Flavortown in June 2024.
The CBUS-born chef and restaurateur Guy Fieri makes frequent returns to his hometown, but this time he’s bringing Flavortown Fest to The Lawn at CAS — 2540 Olentangy River Rd. — on June 1 + June 2, 2024.
The Mayor of Flavortown himself dropped an FSA(flavor service announcement) to promote the festival. Expect lots of food and live music, with lineup announcements coming in the near future.
Fun fact: City Editor Hanna had the chance to meet Guy Fieri when he was visiting in 2017 when he was filming at Sweet Carrot for “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.” Let us know if you want to see that photo.
A Black Friday deal on the ultimate gift: A Bwine F7 GPS Camera Drone. They’ll have fun flying it and capturing incredible footage. Get it for $529.99 $370.99.
I was able to visit Conservatory Aglow last night, and the holiday magic was all around me. Be sure to follow CBUStoday’s Instagram page as I recap the experience.
