Development

More apartments are headed to Franklinton. This time, they’re on the 500 block of West Broad Street where a new five-story building is being constructed. It will have 64 units once finished. (Columbus Business First)

A water-less waterpark? OK — you have our attention. Slick City Action Park is now open on Polaris Parkway with a 38,000-sqft facility full of water-free “Slick Slides”. (614now)

Real Estate

It’s fun to stay at the YMCA — especially when one is being transformed into apartments. That’s the new plans for the old downtown YMCA building, which will be converted into 121 apartment units. The property, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, is projected to offer its first move-in dates in 2028. (WOSU)
