Juneteenth. It is a federal holiday, so expect city offices and municipal buildings to be closed. There are plenty of local celebrations to join today, including a commemoration at King Arts Complex, the Juneteenth Jubilee Day Festival, and a fireworks show. (NBC 4)

A new subdivision along the New Albany Country Club golf course is in the works. The New Albany Co. plans to build 40 new homes in the “east nine” portion of the course, with each custom-built home anticipated to be valued at $1.5 million or more. (The Columbus Dispatch)
