With a signature of approval from Mayor Andrew Ginther, Black & Gold Week is in full swing here in CBUS. ⚽
Ahead of the Columbus Crew SC season opener at Lower.com Field on Sat., Feb. 26 at 3:30 p.m., the community has been encouraged to get involved to support our home team. Here’s what’s been happening this week and how you can get involved.
Local businesses showing support
- Local businesses like Brekkie Shack, High Bank Distillery Co., and Sunny Street Cafe have decorated their windows in support of the Crew. You can vote on your favorite decorations of participating businesses, and everyone who votes will be entered to win free tickets to Saturday’s match.

- Fans are invited to finish the Community Day at Lower.com Field - Nordecke Beer Garden tonight from 6:30-7:30 p.m. to practice chants for the 2022 season.
Black & Gold Bash
- All supporters are welcome to stop by Land Grant Brewing Company from 6-9 p.m. on Fri., Feb. 25 for live music, a podcast live recording, and other on-site activities.
