Can’t-miss games
If you’re a true Buckeyes fan, then you know every game is a can’t-miss game. But these games are next level.
- October 12 vs. Oregon | Away | This is the first year the Ducks are part of the Big Ten Conference. These dominant teams haven’t faced off since 2021, when the Bucks fell short.
- November 30 vs. Michigan | Home | Said to be the biggest rivalry in all of college sports — OSU is looking for redemption on Ohio Stadium turf.

Know before you go
Have tickets to watch the Buckeyes in person? Before you put on your buckeye necklaces, there are a couple need-to-knows about Ohio Stadium.
- Parking | Parking is always stressful, especially with 100,000 other fans involved. Save this map of available garages and surface lots near the stadium.
- Stadium rules | Familiarize yourself with the rules, including no bags or purses of any size and no cash payments for parking, concessions, or merchandise.
Players to root for
Will Howard — who had a four-year career at Kansas State — will be OSU’s starting quarterback. Howard formerly led the Wildcats to the Big 12 title in 2022.
Another star for your radar is wide receiver Emeka Egbuka, who was recently named one of the team captains. Egbuka needs 78 receptions to break the school record, and he comes into the season with 14 touchdowns.
Where to watch
Here are spots where you’re sure to be surrounded by fellow Buckeyes:
- Varsity Club: The Lane Avenue bar shuts down its parking lot for tailgating and fills it with drink tents and a stage with live performers.
- The Little Bar: This is another great spot for a massive parking lot party, with the games playing on a large TVs both inside and outside.
