In 2023, Columbus has remained on the top 10 list for hottest housing markets, according to Realtor.com. The city entered the year at No. 3 and has shifted back to No. 7 in the last two months. Additionally, the city was ranked the No. 2 most affordable rental market in the US.

With newer spots like Quarry Trails Metro Park and familiar favorites like the Olentangy Trail, Men’s Journal said the city is, “swiftly becoming the mountain biking capital of the Midwest.” Who needs mountains?
