Columbus continues earning national recognition in 2023

Columbus, Ohio has been placed on various national rankings and list for our bubbling real estate, local businesses, and community offerings.

The Ohio State Buckeyes aren’t the only thing in Columbus racking up national awards and recognition each year. Whether its our booming real estate industry or trending local businesses, CBUS is home to some of the best offerings in the world. Don’t believe us? Real estate

In 2023, Columbus has remained on the top 10 list for hottest housing markets, according to Realtor.com. The city entered the year at No. 3 and has shifted back to No. 7 in the last two months. Additionally, the city was ranked the No. 2 most affordable rental market in the US.

The aforementioned lists helped land these rankings, too:

  • No. 3 most livable city in the US, according to Far & Wide
  • No. 4 best city for young professionals to live, according to Forbes
  • No. 19 most active metro for new home development, according to Apartment List

Local businesses

The North Market was ranked the No. 7 best public market on USA Today’s 10Best list, which is curated by readers from across the country. Fitness and exercise

With newer spots like Quarry Trails Metro Park and familiar favorites like the Olentangy Trail, Men’s Journal said the city is, “swiftly becoming the mountain biking capital of the Midwest.” Who needs mountains? Plus, Columbus was ranked as the No. 3 best running city in the Midwest and No. 10 in the US by ARRIS.
