Columbus City Council approved Rambling House’s plan for a new location with a canoeing livery and amphitheater at 3075 S. High St.

Currently, Rambling House North — located at 310 E. Hudson St. — is a 2,000 sqft music venue that is known for its local craft sodas.

The new site will sit on nearly 20 acres, which will offer more space for live music and entertainment. The project will be on the riverbank across from from the South Drive-In Theater, which will allow eight miles of canoeing along the Scioto River.

Future plans may include a restaurant. Until then, food trucks will be available on-site.

Construction will begin in spring 2024 and reach completion by late 2025.
