If you missed Taco Fest last month, there’s no need to raise shell about it — Columbus Taco Week is here.

From now until Saturday, June 10, 16 total local restaurants are offering $2 tacos in honor of the celebration. Whether you’re in the mood for the Americanized Tex-Mex style taco or prefer a more authentic experience, there are options for everyone. Here are a few restaurants we’re sure you’ll love:

  • Dos Hermanos — This spot rose to fame as a food truck + vendor inside the North Market.
  • El Vaquero — A local favorite that almost needs no introduction thanks to its 10+ locations around the city. Pro tip: Get the jumbo margarita, you know you want to.
  • Local Cantina — You can’t go wrong with self-serve chips and salsa alongside your ground beef tacos.
  • Cazuelas — Who said this campus haunt with two locations is only for college students? Pro tip: We recommend the large order of queso.
  • Casa Mezcal — If you’re looking for birria tacos, look no further.

That’s just a taste of the tacos, too. The full lineup is available online with links to each menu + an interactive map.

Beyond supporting your taste buds, Taco Week benefits Feed The Kids Columbus. This local nonprofit provides meals to local children experiencing food insecurity. While they are always accepting donations, this week-long event will help put food on tables for months to come.
