Cheers, Columbus. 🍻 On Sat., March 12, the Columbus Brew Festival is headed to COSI for a night all about beer. There’s plenty to do + plenty to consume, so consider this your official guide before heading out.
What you need to know
150 beers from 50 different breweries all under one roof at 333 W. Broad St. from 8-11 p.m. (or 7 p.m. if you opt for the VIP tickets). And speaking of tickets, regular admission tickets are $50 + VIP are $65 and both include drink tickets and access to the specialty menu in the food court.
This night is strictly 21+ so adults can freely explore COSI and check out the exhibits like the Marvel Superheroes exhibit with 300 original Marvel artifacts.
What’s on tap 🍺
Since we’re in the 614, we’ll give you six (local, duh) breweries to keep an eye out for:
- Columbus Brewing Company which recently released Endless Haze, a hazy India IPA with pineapple, banana, and citrus.
- Parsons North Brewing Company which just featured SourPuss, a sour blueberry and vanilla stout in the brewery.
- Hoof Hearted Brewing which just released Quit Yer Fussin’ With Me, a sour DIPA with berries, vanilla, and more.
- Zaftig Brewing Company with popular brews like the Hazy Miss Daisy IPA.
- Wolf’s Ridge Brewing which is known for beers like the Daybreak — a golden, coffee cream ale.
- Barley’s Brewing Company which is the oldest brewery in central Ohio.
Where to park
If you plan on driving, parking is $6 and there are spots available inside the COSI garage. There will also be designated driver tickets available for purchase at the door for $20.
