Cameron Mitchell started his restaurant company in Columbus in 1993 and now has locations all across the country. Here are details on some of CBUS’ top spots as Cameron Mitchell Restaurants celebrates 30 years of business and soon-to-be 100 restaurants.
The restaurants
Cameron’s first restaurant in the city was simply named Cameron’s American Bistro, and it still is alive in Worthington. He has since crafted restaurants featuring a variety of cuisines and styles, including:

Two restaurants are currently in the works in CBUS:
Valentina’s, an Italian concept, is expected to open this summer at 6265 Riverside Dr. at Bridge Park in Dublin. The restaurant is currently hiring.
Cento Italiano, another Italian eatery, will also open this summer at 595 S. 3rd St. as Cameron Mitchell’s first German Village restaurant. Job openings have been posted.

Columbus’ first-ever Bojangles is expected to open at the end of the month at 831 Hilliard Rome Rd. The fried chicken spot will offer family meals, chicken biscuit sandwiches, and sides like green beans and mashed potatoes. (614now)

The Columbus Zoo is hosting Military Family Days from Saturday, July 1-Tuesday, July 4. Complimentary tickets will be provided to past and present military personnel and their families. Reservations will become available on Thursday, June 8 at 8 a.m.

WFH (work from here), a company that provides local pop-up co-working spaces, has a new pop-up at Getaway Brewing. Entry is $5 to work every Tuesday at the brewery from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Understory and Seventh Son are other current locations.
Development
EASE Logistics, a supply chain solution company, is building a 150,000-sqft headquarters at 6000 Perimeter Dr. in Dublin. The new space will be complete in 2024 + will employ 700 people. (Columbus Underground)
