Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center is inviting the community to take dogs home for holiday sleepovers. Pups can be picked up on Wednesday, Dec. 20 and Thursday, Dec. 21 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dogs must be returned on Tuesday, Dec. 26 between 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
