COTA will host a public comment meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 16 + Thursday, Jan. 18 to discuss proposed service changes. Tuesday’s meeting begins at noon and Thursday’s begins at 6 p.m. Both meetings take place at at 33 N. High St.
