• Pine Coast Cafe, a popular restaurant based in Dearborn, Michigan, will open at 3229 Hilliard Rome Rd. in Hilliard sometime this month. Its menu features staples like sandwiches, soups, and coffee + other sweet treats like ice cream. (614now)

• Joanna Pinkerton, CEO of COTA, announced she will resign and step away from the position on Monday, May 6. Pinkerton had been in the role for six years. COTA is now actively looking for a CEO. (NBC4)

• Columbus Museum of Art’s “Come Alive” is back on Saturday, March 2 from 5 to 8 p.m. This year’s theme is inspired by artist Aminah Brenda Lynn Robinson. Expect interactive art displays, kid-friendly activities, and food + drinks.

• Adamah Ceramics is a new art gallery coming to the Short North by local artist Joshua Schottenstein. The new space — located at 641 N. High St. — will open on Saturday, March 2. You can find Schottenstein’s work around the city, including Emmett’s Cafe. (Columbus Business First)

• Deeply Rooted, a show telling the traditions of African culture through dance and music, is coming to Lincoln Theatre on Thursday, April 4 at 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and start at $55 per person.
