How to support local relief efforts for earthquake in Turkey and Syria

After a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Turkey and Syria earlier this month, Ohioans are coming together to help out. Here’s how you can get involved:

• The Turkish-American Association of Central Ohio looks to raise at least $30,000 + is close to hitting that goal.
• Seventh Son Brewing Co. is fundraising to donate to the IFAW, a global nonprofit who is working to find stranded, lost, or trapped animals due to the rubble.
• The Turkish American Society of Ohio supports the efforts of Embrace Relief, a national nonprofit that has raised $900,000+ with a goal of $1.5 million.
