The Columbus Zoo is unveiling a limited-time, after-hours experience called “UNEXTINCT ,” which will be centered around threatened and extinct animals. No monkey business, here’s what to expect.

Be prepared to watch 70 extinct animals come to life with colorful displays as you walk through specialized lighting and immersive pathways. Plus, the Zoo shared that:

  • In addition to entertainment, this all-ages pop-up provides educational value about conservation.
  • This event will be in action on select days in March and April only, so grab tickets to see it before it’s gone.
  • There will be an LED-lit bar offering cocktails + a s’mores experience.

🎟️ Securing tickets

  • Tickets are on sale now for all available dates, with opening day being Thursday, March 14.
  • Tickets start at $17+ for members and $25+ for non-members.
  • Bonus: Friday, April 12 will be an adults-only night, where guests must be 21+ and all tickets are $18+.
