Columbus’ favorite outdoor festival is back for an adventure-packed weekend

The free festival will take over Scioto Audubon Metro Park for its sixth year.

Calling all outdoor enthusiasts, adventure seekers, and s’more aficionados.

Scioto Fest, the outdoor lovers-approved festival, is back to kick off fall in Columbus.

Whether you’re looking to try your hand at climbing or just here for the beer, the free outdoor festival at Scioto Audubon Metro Park has something for everyone:

  • Friday, Sept. 13 | 5-11 p.m. | Enjoy yappy hour with your furry friends, climbing, kayaking, camping + gourmet s’mores. Check-in for campers is from 5-10:30 p.m. Camping is free, but participants should bring their own gear.
  • Saturday, Sept. 14 | 9 a.m.-3 p.m. | Participate in more activities like volleyball, slacklining + hammocking. Shop local vendors, and watch (or participate in) the climbing competition.

Live music, craft beer stands and food trucks will be available throughout the weekend. Explore the jam-packed schedule of events to plan your nature-filled weekend.
