Table of Contents

If you want to avoid getting cooped up in the cold months, take a visit to Land-Grant’s Wintergarden. We experienced the outdoor spectacle for ourselves, and we’re here to share the details.

Ice bumper cars

The newest edition to the winter fun — ice bumper cars — is located in the new Gravity Experience Park at 98 McDowell St., just steps behind the Land-Grant taproom.

Hop in a remote-controlled inflatable bumper car and get ready to ride and slide around the ice rink. Reservations are required in advance, and they are already sold out for December, so act fast.

Igloos

The heated igloos can seat eight people, and this year you can order drinks from the igloo and have them delivered. Prices are $20 for weekdays and $30 for weekends for two-hour increments.

Bonus: The igloos (and entire Wintergarden) are dog-friendly.

Brewery curling

Get competitive with a 90-minute curling match on the 1,300-sqft outdoor ice rink. The $70 cost includes a heated igloo and a match with two teams.

Not sure how it works? You’ll be sliding a mini-sized keg across the ice, aiming it at target scores.

Food and drinks

There’s a food truck on-site every night, including:

The brewery is of course known for its beer. Sit outside by the public fire pits and try seasonal options like Tree Lot (a Christmas ale), or opt for classics like Oh, Sure. Browse all the beers here.
