When we heard Watershed Kitchen + Bar released a new cocktail menu, we couldn’t help but give it a try.
The menu is broken down by different countries and regions, and the drinks on each page represent flavors and ingredients from that place. Here’s what we tried:
- Piri Piri Spritz — This light and sweet drink was on the Africa page, and was made with rosé wine, Prosecco, lemon sherbert, sour piri piri plum shrub, and Cocchi Americano Bianoco.
- Guayaba Cobbler — On the Mexico page, this creamy drink was made with Reposado tequila, Amaro Nonino, rhum agricole, and a nectar blend made of lime, cream, vanilla, guava, pineapple, and passion fruit.
- Yamaneko — With a hint of spice, this drink on Japan’s page featured Watershed Bourbon Barrel Aged Four Peel Gin, lime, ginger wasabi shrub, Calpico, Galliano, and dry vermouth.
