A new health and wellness concept opened downtown

A new health and wellness concept — The WELL Collective Columbus — is open at 449 E. Main St. downtown. Here’s everything we know.

Grand opening

The grand opening is on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 10 a.m. to 2. p.m. It’s free and open to the public to drop in as you please. Some mini classes will also be taking place throughout the open house, including:

  • Build (strength training): 10:30-10:50 a.m.
  • Renew (meditation): 11:30-11:50 a.m.
  • Sculpt (pilates): 12:30-12:50 p.m.
  • Recover (physical therapy): 1:30-1:50 p.m.

Small bites and cold-pressed cocktails from Nourish will also be served.

Offerings

The woman-owned collective will offer:

  • Group fitness classes such as pilates, strength training, and stretching
  • Meditations for stress management
  • Private personal training sessions
  • Nourish Juice Café with fresh juices, lattes, and healthy bites
