In three months, a new Cameron Mitchell Restaurant will be serving upscale dishes on East Broad Street. But until then, it’s going to need some talented hands in the back and front of house.

Butcher & Rose, an upscale steakhouse from CMR, announced it will open sometime in July 2024. To meet that deadline, it has opened a new hiring office at 155 E. Broad St. It looks to hire bartenders, servers, hosts, line cooks, chefs, and all the other hard workers that go into making a successful restaurant.

For those interested in applying, stop by the office Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

For those interested in dining, you can expect 2,000+ in-house bottles of wine, a wide selection of steaks like Wagyu, and top-notch seafood such as shrimp or lobster.
