A new restaurant is blooming inside the recently redeveloped Preston Centre after Cameron Mitchell announced its latest concept.

Butcher & Rose is an upscale steakhouse from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and Edwards Companies set to open summer 2024. With high quality cuts of meats + high-class cocktails, this new spot will transform the first floor of the former PNC Tower — located at 155 E. Broad St.

Renderings show a full service bar with stools for seating + a nearby dining area on the first floor. The theme also incorporates nature, as shrubs and plants will be hung from ceilings and on walls. Downstairs the nature theme continues, and guests can find another bar with more seating options better suited for larger groups.
