plans for a $275 million concert venue along the Scioto River. Here’s are five fast facts you need to know about this massive project:
- The concert hall would be 200,000 sqft.
- It would feature a main hall with 1,600 seats + a community theater with 500 seats.
- Officials hope to break ground in September 2025 and open the venue by June 2028.
- The current price tag is an estimate , but officials are hopeful to raise those funds through philanthropy, grants, and bonds.
- The venue would be open year-round with shows, concerts, and musicals.
