  1. The concert hall would be 200,000 sqft.
  2. It would feature a main hall with 1,600 seats + a community theater with 500 seats.
  3. Officials hope to break ground in September 2025 and open the venue by June 2028.
  4. The current price tag is an estimate , but officials are hopeful to raise those funds through philanthropy, grants, and bonds.
  5. The venue would be open year-round with shows, concerts, and musicals.
