Newmark named Columbus, Ohio as one of its emerging markets to watch in its recap of the 2023 data center sector. Here’s what they said.

Columbus was named an emerging market by Newmark, a global real estate company, in its 2023 US Data Center Market Overview. This comprehensive guide examines key regions for current projects and future growth to determine hot markets. In short, Columbus has been hot.

“Even before Intel announced plans in January 2022 ... the Columbus metro area had quietly emerged as a prime location for mega investments in future-looking industries,” reads the Newmark report.
