Happy 614 Day, Columbus. The annual holiday that references our area code is back with local businesses and communities inviting you to celebrate Columbus. Here are a few events we think you can’t miss + shout outs from readers.
All-in-one
The official party is at the Columbus Commons from 4-9 p.m. with local food and drink vendors, businesses, and community groups in booths. Additionally, the free-to-attend event will have DJs, games for kids, and interactive art displays.
Meet the Crew
The Columbus Crew look to spread their love for the city + soccer on 614 Day by hosting multiple events throughout the day. Each event offers the chance for kids to meet starting players from both the Columbus Crew + Columbus Crew 2. Parents can register online.
Live and on-air
The East Market teamed up with CD92.9 for a live broadcast on the radio to celebrate the day. Grayson Allen will play music from 4-6 p.m. followed by Columbus-specific trivia at 7 p.m. Plus, the locally brewed 614 Beer will be discounted at $3.
