Columbus is ready to bump, set, and spike into the latest pro sports league in the US.

The Pro Volleyball Federation is the latest professional sports league gaining hype + Columbus will be home to a team in 2024. It will feature 8-10 all-women teams and Columbus stands as the fourth team to be announced, behind cities like Omaha and Atlanta. The PVF hopes to take the world by storm, per the press release, and it caught the eye of other pros like Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals who is now a founding partner.

The team will be owned and operated by the Jeff and Beth Gilger family. You may recognize these names for their various investments around town, such as being the owner of Express Wash Concepts, the parent company of Moo Moo Express Car Wash.
