The Arena District will soon be home to a new five-story, 124-unit apartment complex at 220 Vine St.
Nationwide Realty Investors — local developers who have invested $2 billion to the downtown district over the past 20 years — are behind the project. Construction is expected to begin soon, and the complex could be ready for tenants by 2025.
Some amenities at the E-shaped complex will include:
- Multi-family units
- A pool
- An outdoor courtyard space
- Close proximity to Huntington Park, Lower.com Field, and Nationwide Arena
