What’s the unofficial bird of Columbus during the summer season? A crane.

Construction has officially began on Galaxy at Polaris, a 30+ acre multi-use development. Once finished, it will be a hub for the community, as it will feature everything from business to retail to residential spaces. Let’s take a closer look:

The project is broken up into three phases, with the first phase now underway. Now, construction crews are building a parking garage with 731 spaces + a six-story building with 289 apartment units. This phase also brings the opening of Real Dill Pickleball Club, and other amenities like a walking path and an amphitheater.

While the second + third phases aren’t fully nailed down, developers expect to focus more on the residential side as needed.
