Easton Place Homes groundbreaking

Ground broke on Thurs., Sept. 29 on Easton Place Homes, affordable family housing near Easton.

Yesterday afternoon, ground broke on Easton Place Homes. This development is a part of the $50 million affordable housing bond package from 2019 + will be located near Easton at the corner of Easton Loop W. and Charter Oak Way. Phase one of the project will include 50 units for families making between $22,000-$52,000 per year.

Mayor Andrew Ginther shared a short video of the groundbreaking to his Instagram saying, “We remain committed to making sure everyone who wants to work in central Ohio can afford to live in central Ohio.”
