If anyone tells you that Ohio is just corn fields, they aren’t paying attention.

In 2022, Columbus + Ohio at-large has boomed into the technology scene with billions of dollars being invested in the state. Just this week, Honda announced a $3.5 billion plant in Fayette County to focus on batteries for electric vehicles. This announcement also means three Ohio Honda plants will receive updates to focus on electric batteries.

And in New Albany, Intel has already broken ground on its $20 billion semiconductor factories.

Through these two announcements, estimates show 12,200+ tech-related jobs will be popping up in the Buckeye State in the coming years. This includes construction workers on the new buildings + expert researchers.

But that’s not all. Did you know there are currently 30 data centers in Ohio, including Amazon + Facebook in New Albany? When we say, “Find it here,” we mean it.
