The owner of Stauf’s also owns this local shop, offering much of the same menu in Clintonville + downtown. City Editor Mitch recommends the Clintonville location, which often plays classic VHS tapes on an old school TV.

Stop in to this coffee shop with fast wifi + pair your coffee with a vegan baked good from PattyCake Bakery. Parking is free and easy.

This is a favorite coffee shop of many in Clintonville, especially during the spring, summer, and fall for the Clintonville Farmers Market.

Corner Stone Deli & Cafe, 3296 N. High St.
Grab a Crimson Cup coffee to-go at this no frills deli in Clintonville + add an egg and cheese bagel to make a breakfast that costs less than $7.

  • Watch as fans storm the court after the Ohio State women’s basketball team defeated Iowa, 100-92 in overtime. The Buckeyes were led by Cotie McMahon with 33 points + Jacy Sheldon poured in an additional 24 points to lead the squad to victory.

  • The Vue in the Brewery District + Darby House in Galloway are now owned by BTTS Holdings, a Westerville-based events company. BTTS said they plan to refresh and update these two wedding venues to make them “all-inclusive, stress free” experiences. (Columbus Business First)

Tell us if this sounds familiar: The CBUS tech scene is earning national recognition.

Columbus was named an emerging market by Newmark, a global real estate company, in its 2023 US Data Center Market Overview. This comprehensive guide examines key regions for current projects and future growth to determine hot markets. In short, Columbus has been hot.

“Even before Intel announced plans in January 2022 ... the Columbus metro area had quietly emerged as a prime location for mega investments in future-looking industries,” reads the Newmark report.

So how did the city earn this recognition? Let’s take a look at the data.
  • Columbus data center inventory has grown 146% between 2012-2021.
  • Columbus currently has 40+ data centers in operation, owned by 25 different companies.
  • There are 11,000+ acres of commercial land available for more development, nearly the size of Manhattan.
