It’s time for another celebration in Powell as the city prepares to host its annual festival.

On Friday, June 23-Saturday, June 24, Powell Festival will take over the Village Green Park at 47 Hall St. with kid-friendly activities, live music, food trucks, drinks, and vendors. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Five total bands will perform across two days, including The Reaganomics, a local 80s dance band, on Friday, June 23 at 5:30 p.m. + Smash Mouth, known for the hit song “All Star”, on Saturday, June 24 at 8 p.m.
  • The area is a DORA so anyone 21+ can freely walk around with an alcoholic drink in hand — provided it’s in the proper cup.
  • Stick around until the nighttime to see fireworks.
  • Shuttle services are available from 4-10 p.m. on Friday + 10 a.m.-11:30 p.m. on Saturday.
