Construction will begin shortly on a five-story Arena District apartment complex

The Arena District will soon be home to a new five-story, 124-unit apartment complex at 220 Vine St.

Nationwide Realty Investors — local developers who have invested $2 billion to the downtown district over the past 20 years — are behind the project. Construction is expected to begin soon, and the complex could be ready for tenants by 2025.

Some amenities at the E-shaped complex will include:

  • Multi-family units
  • A pool
  • An outdoor courtyard space
  • Close proximity to Huntington Park, Lower.com Field, and Nationwide Arena
